01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 388min (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 388min platform — whether for sports betting, casino games, crash games, bingo, slots, or any other service offered — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 388min platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of any 388min service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they stand from time to time.

388min operates under an international gaming licence. The Platform is designed to serve adult entertainment purposes only. Nothing within the 388min platform constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, or a guaranteed income stream of any kind.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 388min platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of 388min;
• You are registering and playing as an individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute or court order;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 388min employee, contractor, or associated gaming provider;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 388min platform or had a 388min account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

388min reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 388min services, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 388min platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC or passport;
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid and actively monitored email address;
• A valid Pakistani mobile phone number;
• Your current residential address within Pakistan.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided at registration and for updating it promptly should any details change. 388min accepts no liability for delays, losses, or complications arising from outdated or inaccurate account information supplied by the user.

04 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

In compliance with our international gaming licence obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) standards, 388min is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain cases, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds.

KYC verification on 388min requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or a valid Pakistani passport (photo page);
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months and showing your full name and current residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence linking your registered payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account) to your verified identity.

388min aims to complete standard KYC verification within two (2) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is fully completed and approved. 388min reserves the right to request additional documentation where circumstances warrant enhanced due diligence.

05 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Your use of the 388min platform must at all times comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 388min:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the 388min platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain or to disrupt platform operations;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated wagering activity designed to guarantee profit at the expense of the platform's integrity;
• Using the 388min platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion periods;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or communication with 388min support;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 388min staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension. Depending on the severity, 388min may also pursue civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law.

06 Deposits

388min accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits on the 388min platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your 388min account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. However, 388min accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the 388min cashier at the time of deposit;
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted;
• 388min does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers from unverified sources;
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified 388min account may be reversed and returned to the originating payment method.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 388min are subject to the following conditions:

• Your 388min account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request will be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder;
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be settled before withdrawal of the relevant funds is permitted;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month — current limits are displayed in the 388min cashier;
• 388min targets processing of withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.

388min reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request it deems unusual, which may extend processing times beyond the standard window. Users will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

388min may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply across all 388min promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered users who have not previously abused 388min promotional offers;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using the applicable game categories specified in the promotion — not all games contribute equally to wagering turnover;
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• 388min reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not unfairly impact users who have already accepted the promotion in good faith;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent promotional terms — including through bonus arbitrage, multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

09 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 388min are subject to the 388min Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general betting conditions apply to all wagers on the 388min platform:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where 388min expressly offers a cash-out function for the relevant market;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market, per event, and per account — these limits are displayed at the point of bet placement;
• 388min reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious errors in odds, technical failures, or confirmed match-fixing incidents;
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of 388min's trading team is final and binding, subject to the 388min complaints procedure;
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice. Bets submitted during a suspension window will not be accepted.

Cricket markets — including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I matches — are among the most popular on 388min. Pakistani users should be aware that in-play markets for cricket may be subject to temporary suspension during critical match situations such as wickets, rain delays, or DRS reviews.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 388min platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and bingo — are provided by licensed third-party gaming software providers. 388min does not operate or control the underlying game mechanics directly; however, all games are independently certified for fairness and random number generation (RNG) compliance before being made available on the platform.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 388min platform — including but not limited to the 388min logo, brand name, interface design, graphics, text, software, data structures, and game presentations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 388min or its licensed content providers. No part of the 388min platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 388min.

Your 388min account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any 388min content or technology.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388min and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the 388min platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, whether foreseeable or not;
• Losses arising from third-party payment processor failures, banking delays, or network outages beyond the reasonable control of 388min;
• Any unauthorised access to your 388min account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the 388min platform that contain typographical or data-feed errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 388min's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the 388min account at any time. Users wishing to close their account should contact 388min support via live chat. 388min will process account closure requests within five (5) business days, subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets or withdrawal requests.

388min reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engagement in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusive betting;
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity;
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Conduct that 388min reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform, its users, or its reputation.

Upon account termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in your 388min account (net of bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within thirty (30) days, unless the account was closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388min holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 388min platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through 388min's internal complaints procedure, which can be initiated by contacting the support team via live chat.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of a formal complaint being lodged, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 388min's licensing authority. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding on both parties.

16 Amendments to These Terms

388min reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as alterations to eligibility criteria, payment policies, or user rights — 388min will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 388min platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 388min and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
